Announcement by Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis
Mumbai : There will be a mega recruitment of 7 thousand policemen in the state soon. This announcement has been made by Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis has given this information in the Legislative Assembly today. Also orders have been given to recruit the home department of the state. He has also said this time. Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that the manpower is decreasing in the police department in various cities of the state. Considering the requirement of manpower, orders have been given to recruit 7000 policemen soon.
Meanwhile, member Manda Mhatre raised a discussion about illegal business going on in Mumbai area. Fadnavis then said that an inquiry will be conducted regarding the illegal business going on in the Navi Mumbai area and senior officials will be held responsible if found guilty. Also, care will be taken to ensure that one officer is not appointed to the same post or in the city for a long time, he said.
