According to the official information of IPL, 1 lakh 4 thousand and 859 people were present in the field to watch the IPL final match between Rajasthan and Gujarat. It was also attended by many celebrities and leaders. Union Home Minister Amit Shah was also present at the stadium to watch the match. As many as 6,000 police personnel were deployed at the ground to ensure the safety of the Prime Minister.

Meanwhile, considering the match between the two teams, Rajasthan Royals won the toss and elected to bat first. Batting first, Rajasthan lost 9 wickets in the allotted 20 overs and scored 130 runs.
