A wage increase agreement was signed between the company management and the self-respecting labor union. Paternity leave, Diwali bonus, Monthly Attendance Reward, Service Reward, Personal Loan Facility, Excess Work Remuneration, Canteen & Bus Facility, Dress, Reward Scheme for Kids, Meritorious Workers Award, and 12 months difference for each worker.
