1) Protein rich diet

According to Ayurveda doctor Abrar Multani, our hair is made up of 95% keratin and 15 amino acids. Therefore, including protein in the diet helps in maintaining the health of hair. For this you can eat eggs, chicken, milk, cheese, peanuts, curd, quinoa. It is rich in protein.

2) Almond and banana smoothie

Dr. Abrar Multani said that almonds and bananas are considered beneficial for hair health. Almonds are great for hair health as they are rich in properties like zinc, protein, vitamins and minerals. Vitamin E found in almonds can help repair damaged hair by boosting keratin production, while bananas are high in calcium and folic acid to nourish hair.

3) Consume aloe vera juice

Aloe vera is very beneficial for hair. Because aloe contains a good amount of proteolytic enzymes, which can repair dead skin cells and hair follicles, resulting in faster hair growth. It is advised to start the day with aloe vera juice.

4) Consuming fenugreek spice

Fenugreek seeds contain folic acid, vitamin A, vitamin K and vitamin C as well as essential minerals like potassium, calcium and iron. All these nutrients are beneficial in treating hair problems and promoting hair growth. You can soak one spoon of fenugreek seeds in water overnight and eat it the next morning.
