Former Dhule MLA and NCP state vice-president Anil Gote has targeted the BJP over the Navneet Rana case. Anil Gote has strongly accused the BJP of trying to destabilize the Mahavikas Aghadi government in the Navneet Rana case. If we look at the last few months, the BJP is trying to cause riots in Maharashtra, create unrest in the state and spread all these grievances against the Mahavikas Aghadi government, said Gote.
Anil Gote has also criticized former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Devendra Fadnavis over the controversy raised by Navneet Rana over reciting Hanuman Chalisa outside ‘Matoshri’. Fadnavis had said that it was wrong to attack the house of any senior leader after the violent agitation outside the house of NCP president Sharad Pawar. But after Navneet Rana announced that he would recite Hanuman Chalisa outside Matoshri, why didn’t Fadnavis stop him? Gote asked this question. Devendra Fadnavis is a very hypocritical man, said Gote.
In the case of Navneet Rana, Gote said that the role of BJP is similar to ‘I am not one of them and stick to it’. He accused the BJP of carrying out all these cases without openly supporting it. The Navneet Rana case is being properly chewed by the BJP. Mumbai Police tried to convince the Rana couple completely. But when the Mumbai police came to life, all these cases simmered. This is the demand of BJP and the people of Maharashtra are disgusted with it, said Gote. The BJP is trying to exterminate the opposition by using its powers.
