Mr. In the year 2003, Kanchan Kadam passed out with the first rank in the board examination from Dhundibaba Vidyalaya Vidyanagar. Kanchan got 78.93 marks. She came first in the school as well as in the center. Later, Kanchan did D.Ed after class XII. On June 12, 2022, the 2003 batch organized a convocation at Shree Dhundibaba Vidyalaya Vidyanagar. Kanchan was actively involved in the organizing team. Also, Kanchan had a lion’s share in the planning of this program. By attending this program, I got to hear and experience Kanchan’s thoughts and conduct.

After 12th, he completed his D.Ed education from Agchik Vidyalaya Ambewadi, D.Ed New College, Rajapur, Ratnagiri District, Talkonkan. After that, he applied for Satara district from Shiksha Sevak mega recruitment across Maharashtra by Zilla Parishad. Being the only candidate from Satara district in that year 2009, he was immediately appointed as a teacher servant.

Kanchan, who is a genius by nature, was truly pleased with Saraswati, so he passed his difficult journey. He completed his D.Ed education while staying in a hostel. Being from a very ordinary family, he took a loan of 15 thousand rupees to complete the two-year course for his D.Ed education. He overcame these difficult times by taking a loan of 15 thousand rupees for two years, ie 7500 rupees per year and spending only 625 rupees per month. By being frugal like this, Kanchan and DED passed out. Kanchan applied for the Satara Zilla Parishad and got a job within three months after his death. She often got emotional while talking about the tough journey. A loan of 15 thousand rupees became a loan of 60 thousand rupees. After getting the job, he paid it back with interest. It was also felt through his mature thoughts that he was really relieved from the arduous educational journey.

If Kanchan’s primary education is reviewed, she would have been in the top five till class V. As far as I know, at that time in Class V, the first rank was Nilesh Chandrakant Shinde, Songaon, the second rank was Pravin Shivaji Shinde, Songaon the third rank was Ranjit Shivajirao Shinde, Songaon, the fourth rank was Anupreeta Uttam Chikane, and the fifth rank was Kanchan Srirang Kadam. But Kanchan started to shine in his studies from the 6th standard. I closely experienced his educational journey from class VI to class X. 6th to 10th Kanchan passed out with first rank only.
Kanchan had secured 85 percent marks in class VIII. At that time, Principal Yevle sir had decided to conduct the flag hoisting program on 15th August of that year by Kanchan. Because Kanchan had planned to hoist the flag by the highest scoring student in the school. Accordingly, Kanchan was hoisted the flag by her as the student who scored the highest marks in the school.

Many people have misconceptions about Kanchan’s nature. During his academic career, Kanchan’s full focus was on studies. So they don’t want to mix with anyone. Like other girls, she never indulged in gossip. Lived a very disciplined and straight forward life. She spoke very little. So they are angry and egotistical. Alternatively, this perception was probably shared by others. But, she was reticent. Talked very little. But Vechak used to talk. Due to his soft-spoken nature, at first it was thought that he would have a cold nature, but when he started to experience his nature, he realized how thoughtful and profound Kanchan really is. I realized how polite and polite they are. Meanwhile, Kanchan’s character was discussed with his friend Ashwini Bhoite, who studied from class 1 to 12. Ashwini said, Kanchan is such a strange chemical. Paris should be touched and the lives of others should blossom. By the way, I got Urmi from Kanchan’s company. If she studies, we girls are fun. Kanchan often used to say to us either study or let me. We didn’t study hard. But Kanchan studied hard and let us do it too. Kanchan was stiff. Nor was she bad-tempered at all. But she didn’t like us talking to anyone outside. She always told us not to chat with anyone.
Kanchan used to hold Ashwini’s hand tightly while going to college. Why were they afraid of the crowd? Ashwini and Kanchan’s bonding is still good. is Both of them are in harmony. This is what is highlighted above. An ideal example of friendship.

Kanchan said while speaking during the discussion. From primary to secondary school, I never considered anyone as a competitor. Gurujan used to reap the rubies and pearls of education that were sown. Now how did this change happen in them, they say it happened because of sadhana. Yoga practice forces a person to change from the inside out.
