This theater is being built on a plot of 5 thousand square meters in Peth No. 26. The theater is planned to have a small auditorium with 220 audience capacity, a conference hall with 110 seating capacity and art gallery and 12 residential rooms. It is planned to arrange electricity and sound system in a modern manner in the theater. Amphitheater, restaurant will also be provided for the citizens. The work of this theater was approved in the year 2013. At that time, an expenditure of 37 crores was expected. After that the cost has reached 70 crores.

The work on the theater has been slow from the beginning. Currently, the work in this theater is in the final stage. The furniture and other minor works required for the makeup room of the actors in the theater will be done. A fund of around 10 lakh rupees is required for this. As this theater is going to be inaugurated soon, these furniture works need to be done urgently.
