Mumbai: The families of the entrepreneurs who lost their lives in the accident on C-Link have taken a unique decision. Last week, young businessman Amar Jariwala had an accident on C-Link. He died on the spot in the accident. A taxi driver was arrested in the case. However, Amar’s family has decided not to file a case. He has also made a similar request to the Mumbai Police.
Bandra: Amar had an accident last week while rescuing a bird at Worli Sealink. As soon as Amar realized that the party had hit the car, he immediately told the driver to stop the car. At the same time, a speeding taxi hit them. The accident was so horrific that Amar died on the spot. The taxi driver was later arrested by the police and a case was registered.
However, Amar’s family has decided to pardon the taxi driver. Also, the charges against him will be dropped. Amar was a CA by profession. The reason for his death was demonic mercy. There was a turban of Jeevadaya and Jain rites. Whenever Amar saw an animal in distress, he would immediately rush for help. Amar’s wife Rina Jariwala recalls that he did not even ride a horse during the wedding.
It is their nature to forgive. He never gives the opposite answer to anyone. Immortals never went to Lonavla in the rainy season. Because, in those days, a large number of frogs roamed the streets. His wife also said that he could not bear the thought of taking a life under his car. Amar is survived by his parents, wife and two daughters. Amar’s daughters are like his father, says his wife.
