MNS ‘active’ for the forthcoming municipal elections, 29 point program notice to the department head and branch president

Mumbai Sources said that for the forthcoming Mumbai and other municipal elections, MNS has asked all the department heads to rectify the faults within the party and immediately activate the spy team and social media team in their department. It has come to light that all the department heads and branch heads have been instructed to implement 29 point program. It is learned that while focusing on Ganeshotsav and Navratrotsav mandals, they were asked to collect information from other religions.

Local body elections in the state are in full swing. All the political parties have already started strategizing for this and MNS has also blown the trumpet. On the one hand, while the meetings within the party have intensified, on the other hand, all the department heads and branch heads have been instructed to implement 29-point programs in the department, sources said. It called for the immediate filling of vacancies within the party and the deployment of a spy team and a social media team to gather information from other parties. It has also been suggested to provide information on potential candidates as per the recent reservation draw, while wards have been restructured in several places in Mumbai. Accordingly, it has been suggested to appoint office bearers in the newly formed ward.

Meanwhile, a number of suggestions have also been made with a view to strengthening the party organization. Accordingly, the aspirants have been asked to join the party immediately and try to divert the displeasure of other parties. Apart from this, orders have been issued to focus on the work not done by the corporators in the department at present, their promises and previous promises. Although the formation of aspirants has started, it has been suggested to provide information of reputed, well-educated candidates for the elections. The party has been asked to focus on rebuilding the student body with a view to creating youth leadership. Also, the issue of OBC reservation is currently on the rise. Therefore, orders have been issued to test such candidates.

  • ‘Focus on circles’

    In view of the forthcoming elections, it has been suggested to increase the liaison with the Ganashotsav Mandals, Navratrotsav Mandals and Govinda Pathaks of the department and their key office bearers. It is learned that Jain Derasar’s temple and the head of the committee, the chairman of Jain Tower, the secretary and the Buddhist Panchayat Samiti were also ordered to collect information.
