It has been mentioned in the letter that the Governor has recommended 6 names of the Chief Minister for the appointment of 12 MLAs. This letter is dated September 2020.

After the Mahavikas Aghadi came to power in the state, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray had given a list of 12 names for the MLAs appointed by the Governor.
