Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray gave instructions to see how more and more paperless work and use of technology will increase while doing speedy work. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray stepped into the ministry after almost a year and a half. He visited some departments of the ministry today and discussed with the staff about e-mail, paperless working system and asked about the problems. At this time, while enthusiastically questioning the employees, he also fulfilled the wish of a crippled employee to take a photo with them and also questioned him.

  • Direct discussion with staff

Seeing the preparations for the exhibition at Trimurti premises, the Chief Minister first met the staff of the Social Justice Department on the first floor of the extended building of the Ministry. He appreciated the decorations made on the occasion of Babasaheb’s birth and also worshiped the image of Babasaheb. He also talked to the staff and got information about their earnings.

After this, the Chief Minister visited the Revenue Department as well as the General Administration Department, Home Department, Law and Justice Department. This time he interacted directly with the staff. On this occasion, the Chief Secretary informed that the campaign of computerization of files and documents as well as cleaning and disposal of unnecessary documents has been started in the Ministry from April 6. The Chief Minister also suggested that maximum use should be made of technology while emphasizing on paperless works. The Chief Minister also visited the Sankalp Room as well as the rooms in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat and gave important instructions about the work.

  • Enthusiastic inquiries of employees
    Ministry staff also inquired about the health of the visiting Chief Minister. Home Department employee Ashwini Ram Dhawane said that he was encouraged by the warmth shown by the Chief Minister and the suggestions made about the actual work. The Chief Minister also interacted with Pragati Vikas More in the same department.
