We have 18 MPs not 12; Eknath Shinde’s new claim as soon as he reached Delhi

New Delhi : After the Shiv Sena MLAs, there are movements of rebellion by the MPs in the Lok Sabha. In this background, the Chief Minister of the state, Eknath Shinde, has currently arrived in Delhi. Eknath Shinde is likely to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Delhi. It is also understood that Shinde will give information in this meeting that the group of MPs who are with him are with the NDA. After reaching Delhi, Shinde has also commented on the ongoing discussion regarding the rebellion of Shiv Sena MPs.

Shiv Sena MPs will meet us soon. We have not 12 but 18 MPs,’ said Eknath Shinde. Shiv Sena has a total of 18 MPs in the Lok Sabha. Shinde has given an oblique response that all the MPs are with him. However, it is reported that six of these MPs are still in the mood to stay with Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray. Therefore, the question is being raised whether Shinde is trying to attract some of these six MPs to him.

In Delhi for discussions on OBC reservation
“I have come to Delhi against the backdrop of the Supreme Court hearing on OBC reservation. We are committed to provide justice to OBCs in the state. As the issue of OBC reservation is important for the state, the lawyers will be consulted in this regard,’ said Chief Minister Shinde.

Shiv Sena MP will raise the flag of rebellion today?
After the presidential election, the Shinde group held an online meeting on Monday. It is understood that 12 out of 18 Shiv Sena MPs attended this meeting. Discussion was held for almost half an hour in the meeting. It is understood that the names of Rahul Shewale for the post of group leader and Bhavana Gawli for the post of chief deputy have been discussed. The Shinde group is currently preparing to form a new group and Eknath Shinde left for Delhi on Monday night to discuss the same.

It has been reported that if Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah give the green light, a letter in this regard will be given in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday itself. If they advise to stop for the time being, then the next direction will be decided for the MPs. The hearing on the power dispute in Maharashtra will be held before the Constitution Bench on Wednesday and it is learned that Shinde, who has left for Delhi, will also seek legal guidance during his visit. He will return to the state late on Tuesday night.
