A shocking incident has taken place at Ravalgaon in Selu taluka of Parbhani district where a woman poisoned her own 5 month old daughter by poisoning herself. Jyoti Dattatraya Phulpagare is the name of a 30 year old woman who was poisoned. The woman and the girl are in critical condition and are being treated at a hospital in Parbhani.

According to the information received, Jyoti Dattatraya Phulpagare, a 30-year-old married woman from Ravalgaon in Selu taluka administered poisonous drugs. The incident took place at around 6 pm on Thursday, April 27. The woman and the girl were rushed to Selu Sub-District Hospital for treatment after the relatives got the information. He has been shifted to District General Hospital, Parbhani for further treatment.

Meanwhile, the 5-month-old girl is in critical condition and is undergoing treatment at Parbhani. The reason why the woman took the extreme step is not yet understood. The incident has not been reported to the police yet.
