Shiv Sena MP bows to Congress leader and says, ‘I want to show him the place’

Mumbai: After two and a half years on the occasion of Rajya Sabha elections, Mahavikas Aghadi has once again demonstrated its strength. As the voting process for the Rajya Sabha elections is complicated, the Shiv Sena has kept its MLAs at the Trident Hotel in Mumbai for the counseling of MLAs and to ensure that their MLAs do not split. An important meeting of the leaders of Mahavikas Aghadi with the MLAs is being held at the same hotel today. As soon as the key leaders arrived during the meeting, they were welcomed by the Mavia leaders. Earlier, when senior leader and Congress Rajya Sabha election observer Mallikarjun Kharge arrived, Sena MP Arvind Sawant bowed to him. He also warned the BJP to show their strength by showing unity.

On the backdrop of Rajya Sabha elections, the Mahavikas Aghadi had convened a meeting of all the MLAs from the three parties at the Trident Hotel in Mumbai. Just like the Mahavikas Aghadi demonstrated its strength during the 2019 assembly elections, the three parties also demonstrated their strength today. All the MLAs and ministers of Mahavikas Aghadi are also present at this meeting. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, NCP president Sharad Pawar, Congress inspector Mallikarjun Kharge and in-charge HK Patil are present. Senior leaders Sharad Pawar, Mallikarjun Kharge, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray guided the MLAs of Mavia. It is noteworthy that 12 MLAs from independent and smaller parties were present at the meeting.
