“Arwachh was insulted through Facebook and other means. Mahesh Sawant came to the police station to file a complaint. But activists of Shinde group threatened Mahesh Sawant. After that, firing was fired from Sada Saravankar’s weapon. Firing also took place in Prabhadevi and police station too. When Mahesh Sawant came to file a complaint in this matter, a case was registered against him. A case of forced theft was registered against him. This kind of thing is happening not only in Mumbai, but in the entire state,” alleged Arvind Sawant while interacting with the media. He further said that there is no law and order in the state. So we came to the police station. Ambadas Danve, Anil Parab, Milind Vaidya, Visakha Raut came. If this hooliganism continues, then what is going on in the state? Firing is done on one side but no action is taken. File a case against Sada Saravankar under the Arms Act, withdraw the false cases filed against Shiv Sainiks, otherwise Shiv Sena will hit the streets, warned Arvind Sawant.
“What the home minister of the state is doing, the history of the chief minister is known. Rulers are responsible for maintaining law and order. But today the rulers have started doing hooliganism. The police has taken note of our complaint. But let’s see when they are arrested. We requested to withdraw case 395 against our people, that request was accepted. Even when all these dirty things are going on, due to Uddhav Thackeray taking a stand of restraint, peace has remained in the state. Police took appropriate action. The police also gave a statement that the firing took place. A case has been registered. The next action has to be taken by the police. Who is pressuring the police? Police were allowed during the Thackeray government. Actions were taken against him even then. Thackeray never interfered. The government is illegal, unconstitutional. …then why will Sada Saravankar fire?
After the rally in Prabhadevi, Shinde group spokesperson Kiran Pavaskarani held a press conference. They manage people. Because all the festivals of Dadar-Paral-Prabhadevi are celebrated with joy. So how can an MLA who arranges at the same place fire in his own program, asked Pavaskar.
What is the matter?
On the day of Ganesh Visarjan, a stage was set up in Prabhadevi by Shiv Sena to welcome Ganesha devotees. The Shinde group had also set up a platform next to this platform. The Shiv Sena is alleging that people from the Shinde group abused the leaders of the Shiv Sena. This led to a dispute between former corporator Saadhan Saravankar from the Shinde group and former corporator Hemangi Worlikar from the Shiv Sena. The argument escalated into a verbal altercation. Meanwhile, Shiv Sena deputy leader and former mayor of Mumbai Kishori Pednekar filed a complaint in this regard at Dadar police station on Saturday.
When it seems that this dispute will end here, Santosh Telavane of the Shinde group wrote a post on Facebook and WhatsApp and used abusive language regarding this dispute. The Shiv Sainiks were enraged by this and beat up Santosh Telavane on Saturday. After this, Saadhan Saravankar created a ruckus near Prabhadevi Circle. Also, he is said to have had a fight with the police. After the police action, workers from both groups gathered outside the Dadar police station. The police had to resort to mild lathis to control the crowd. MLA Sada Saravankar was also detained by the police. Shiv Sena has alleged that Sada Saravankar fired in the air this time. Shiv Sena claims that Shiv Sena department head Mahesh Sawant and a police officer narrowly escaped in this firing. However, Sada Saravankar has denied all these allegations. Meanwhile, 25 people have been registered and 5 people have been arrested in connection with the midnight row between the Shiv Sena-Shinde group. A case has been registered on the complaint filed by Santosh Telwane of the Shinde group and Shiv Sena division chief Mahesh Sawant is also among those arrested. The police have explained to Arvind Sawant that this crime can be withdrawn.
