New Delhi: Shiv Sena rebel leader Eknath Shinde has now run for the Delhi court. For the last two days, Shiv Sena has taken an aggressive stance against the rebel MLAs. Legal action has been taken to disqualify them. Now, Eknath Shinde has filed a petition in the Supreme Court indicating that he is ready to fight against the Thackeray government. In the petition filed by Shinde, it is mentioned that the rebel MLAs have withdrawn their support to the Thackeray government. Narhari Jirwal has also been accused of abusing the powers of the Deputy Speaker. The most important thing in the petition is that Eknath Shinde has mentioned the video links of Sanjay Raut’s provocative statements in the petition. It has been said that the lives of our MLAs are in danger from Shiv Sena leaders.
38 MLAs support Thackeray government, ask them to prove majority
Legislative Assembly Deputy Speaker Narhari Jirwal had sent notices to 16 Shiv Sena rebel MLAs for violating party rules. The action was challenged by Eknath Shinde’s group in a petition filed in the Supreme Court. Important information in this petition has now come to the fore. As mentioned in the petition, 38 Shiv Sena MLAs from the Eknath Shinde group have withdrawn their support to the Thackeray government. Therefore, the Thackeray government is in the minority in the Assembly. It is learned that Eknath Shinde’s group will also send a letter to Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari asking him to prove his majority to the Thackeray government.
Abuse of the power of the vice-president to sustain the government
“The minority government is abusing the power of the vice-president to retain power,” the Shinde group alleged in a petition to the apex court. In other words, the Eknath Shinde group has objected to the working style of Narhari Jirwal.
Sanjay Raut on Eknath Shinde’s target
The Eknath Shinde faction is also preparing to surround Sanjay Raut, who is fighting the Shiv Sena battle alone, despite such a setback. For the last few days, Sanjay Raut has been constantly challenging the rebel MLAs. Sanjay Raut is creating an atmosphere against the rebel MLAs by making statements in aggressive language against them. Therefore, the Eknath Shinde group has now decided to surround Sanjay Raut. In a petition filed in the Supreme Court, the Eknath Shinde group has said that the lives of our MLAs are in danger from Shiv Sena leaders. As proof of this, the Eknath Shinde group has mentioned video links of provocative statements made by Sanjay Raut against the rebel MLAs in the petition.
