Vanchit had alleged that Bachchu Kadu had embezzled Rs 1 crore 95 lakh by making mutual alterations in the road proposal sent to the District Planning Committee by the Zilla Parishad in Akola. In this context, Vanchit had sought permission from the Governor to take action against Bachchu Kadu. Now, the court has directed the police to register a case of embezzlement in the case.
