What observation did the court make regarding Nawab Malik?
The ED had filed a chargesheet against Nawab Malik in the court. Taking note of the chargesheet, the court observed that there is sufficient basis for further action against Nawab Malik in this case. The court also said that the accused was involved in a money laundering case.
