Pimpri: The 18th meeting of the Board of Directors of Pimpri Chinchwad Smart City Limited was held under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary (Revenue) Nitin Karir on Monday. Passed on 20th June, 2022 at Smart City Office, Auto Cluster, Chinchwad. In this meeting various issues were discussed and decisions were taken. On this occasion, Municipal Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer Rajesh Patil, Nominated Director (GOI) Mamta Batra, Independent Director Yashwant Bhave, Pradeep Kumar Bhargava, Joint Chief Executive Officer Kiranraj Yadav, Chief Financial Officer Sunil Bhosale, Company Secretary Chitra Panwar, General Manager Ashok Bhalkar, Executive Engineer Manoj Sethia, Assistant Chief Executive Officer Laxmikant Kolhe along with officers and advisory representatives were present.
Pimpri Chinchwad Police Commissioner Ankush Shinde’s proposal for the post of Director and Kiranraj Yadav’s co-CEO was approved. The meeting also approved the proposal to launch the Smart Sarathi App and City Engagement project under Pimpri Chinchwad Smart City under Pune Smart City.
For the OFC project of Pimpri Chinchwad Smart City, M / s. Approved the appointment of Creations Engineers Pvt. Ltd. as Duct Supply and Disposal Project Consultant. For the work of footpath from Rajiv Gandhi Bridge to Kalewadi fork in Pimpri Chinchwad municipal area Nikhil Construction Group Pvt. The subject of his appointment was approved. Also, for this project, M / s. Invirosef Consultant’s proposal for selection as project consultant was approved. Various topics were discussed. Meanwhile, the project consultant gave a presentation on the ongoing development projects under Smart City. It was discussed by the Board of Directors and further action was taken. Company Secretary Chitra Panwar welcomed the audience and thanked them.
