A husband and his wife were abducted with petrol and beaten to death in connection with the rape case in Ahmednagar. The victim’s spouse has been accused of including the police in the beating. After the incident, there has been a riot in Ahmednagar district.

The victim’s family has claimed that they would viral the video if the complaint is not withdrawal and they would file a rape crime with the husband. In Ahmednagar, a married woman was gang-raped in 2016. Ahmednagar’s artillery police had registered a crime after reporting it.

The case involved six accused including police. The victim’s family is being pressured to retract the complaint. The High Court and the Supreme Court have also refused bail to the accused as the medical report was positive. Four years later, a serious crime like gang rap has not been filed.

The victim’s spouse had earlier tried to kill the woman in retaliation. On January 24, the victim’s husband and wife sat in a vacuum after receiving treatment from the government hospital. A man was already sitting in the auto, he was taken to an unknown place by put drugs on their mouth. There, in a closed room, the husband and wife were stripped and dressed and hanged with the same clothes. Petrol was thrown at them by beating them up.

It was threatened to ‘withdraw the case, otherwise kill it.’ If you file a crime at a police station after being beaten, you are threatened to go viral with your video clip. If you filed a lawsuit, you were here, and you were threatened with filing a lawsuit alleging that you abused another woman.

After the spouses told us we would not file a case against you, the accused brought them to the city and released them. The two accused also alleged that we were police in the beating. ‘I was told not to go to court. Nevertheless, you have been hurt because you left. The victims are alleged to have threatened to leave you alive if they leave now. The name of the police in this case has raised a big question as to whether the victim’s spouse will get justice.
