Amravati: In Warud taluka of the district, a very annoying and disgraceful incident has taken place. An incident has taken place here where a farmer was forced to eat excrement due to a dispute. Also, this farmer has been severely beaten. A case has been registered against the four at Benoda police station. The four accused are Baban Atmaramji Burange (60), Bhushan Baban Burange (32), Suresh Atmaramji Burange (50) and Rajendra alias Raja Shriram Thackeray (50).
A 45-year-old farmer and Burange are involved in a farm road dispute. The complainant farmer was coming to the village from the field around 3.30 pm on Thursday (June 3). At the same time Baban Burange and three others were going the same route. At that time, Baban Burange initially started arguing with the complaining farmer and beat him with batons. He was also beaten with a stick. So, Bhushan Burange asked Raja Thackeray to bring excrement. Complainant farmer has made a sensational allegation that she then forced the complainant to eat the excrement. The four accused in the case have been charged with assault and forcing them to eat excrement on the complaint of a farmer. The matter is under investigation. Four persons have been arrested in connection with the case.
