RR Kabel announces the winners of Kabel Stars Scholarship Program in Pune, Maharashtra
The RR Kabel Star Scholarship program witnessed 105 winners from the city
Pune : In its second edition of the scholarship program, RR Kabel, a prominent brand in the Indian consumer electronics and wire and cable manufacturing industry, has awarded a total of ₹1 crore as part of the prestigious RR Kabel Star Scholarship Program. 105 winners were conferred from the city of Pune, Maharashtra. The award ceremony was held between 2:30pm – 5 pm at Firodia Hall, J.M. Road, Near Modern Cafe, Opp. COEP Hostel, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. It is a scholarship awarded to high-caliber children of the electricians who have outstanding academic achievements.
Notable students from Maharashtra, an important center for India’s electrical sector, have displayed outstanding achievements, securing the RR Kabel Stars scholarship and propelling themselves toward more studies to pursue their aspirations. The second phase of the Kabel Star Scholarship Program was a trailblazing program designed for the children of electricians who completed their 10th-grade exams this year. This approach lines up with the company’s aim of promoting a more educated and empowered India.
The first iteration of the Kabel Stars Scholarship program was launched around Diwali in 2022, receiving thousands of applications from all around India. A total of 1015 applicants were chosen to receive the reward. Keeping the momentum going, the current edition of the scholarship program has granted over 1 crore to fund the children of electricians’ further secondary education. This year, more than 1000 students from across the country have been chosen to receive these scholarships, furthering the program’s objective.
