Pimpri: Commemorating the Amrit Jubilee Year of Independence, National Anthem will be played every day at 10 am on office working days in the main administrative building of Pimpri Municipal Corporation and all regional offices from this year. Commissioner and Administrator Rajesh Patil has taken a decision in this regard and since the Indian Independence Day i.e. Commissioner Patil has directed to implement this decision from 15th August 2022.
In the background of the completion of 75 years of independence of the country, the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence is being celebrated with great enthusiasm in the country. On this occasion, various activities are being implemented in the city on behalf of the Municipal Corporation. Under the Har Ghar Tiranga initiative, the Municipal Corporation is appealing to all to raise the national flag on every citizen’s house as well as on the buildings of all government, semi-government, private establishments and cooperatives.
Being the largest democratic nation in the world, India is a country where people of various castes and religions celebrate Gunya Govinda. Every Indian is proud of the country’s rich and diverse traditions. Everyone is always trying to deserve to be a pike of those traditions.
In this background, in the administrative office of the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, to increase the respect towards the country among the officers, employees and citizens who come to the municipal office for various functions, and to keep the flame of patriotism, national unity and unity burning in the minds of everyone, to increase discipline and positive energy in the main administrative office of the municipal corporation and all the eight regional offices. National Anthem ‘Jan Gana Man’ will be played on working days at 10 am. National Anthem creates positive energy in us. Apart from this, the sense of service also increases. Commissioner and Administrator Rajesh Patil said that Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation will be the first municipal corporation in the state to start such a practice in government offices.
