MLA Laxman Jagtap discharged from hospital; Doctor’s rest advice

Pimpri: BJP MLA Laxmanbhau Jagtap has been discharged from hospital. He was discharged today (Thursday) due to good health. MLA Jagtap’s brother and former corporator Shankar Jagtap said that his brother’s health has improved due to the love and prayers of the people, activists and well-wishers in Pimpri-Chinchwad as well as the treatment of doctors. He has thanked everyone for that.

Also the doctor has advised the brother to rest for a few days. The brothers will soon start their work with renewed vigor, at which time they will all meet. Now they need rest. Therefore, activists and well-wishers who love him should not rush to his residence to meet him. Former corporator Shankar Jagtap has also appealed to the workers to continue the public service in their area.

MLA Laxmanbhau Jagtap was admitted to Jupiter Hospital in Baner due to illness. He has been undergoing treatment there for the last one and a half months. After the news of his admission spread like wildfire, all party leaders from all over Maharashtra ran away. MLA Jagtap had visited his family and inquired about his health. For the last one and a half months, a number of activists who had been in love with his brother had been stationed at the hospital. Throughout Pimpri-Chinchwad, citizens of various castes and religions had offered prayers and burnt offerings at places of worship for Laxmanbhau’s health. This love and prayer of the workers came to fruition and Laxmanbhau’s health stabilized after a month.

Now his health has improved. So the doctors at the hospital decided to discharge him. He was released on Thursday. Laxmanbhau’s entire family and many of his loved ones were present at this occasion. After hearing the news that Laxmanbhau would be released from the hospital, a large crowd of activists had gathered to see and welcome him. As soon as he came home from the hospital, the activists welcomed him with great enthusiasm.

Speaking on the occasion, former corporator Shankar Jagtap said, “Brother Pimpri-Chinchwad is in good health due to the love and prayers of the people, activists and well-wishers. The brothers are back at us today after being treated by doctors at Jupiter Hospital. The entire Jagtap family will never forget the love given by the people, activists and well-wishers of the city during these difficult times. The doctor advised the brother to rest for a few days. The brothers will soon begin their work with renewed vigor, at which time they will all meet in person. Now they need rest. Therefore, activists and well-wishers who love him should not rush to his residence to meet him. He appealed to the workers to continue their public service in their respective areas. “
