Locals should get priority in jobs as per government decision and rules: Sanjog Vaghere Patil

Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has released an advertisement for new recruitment. However, since 1984/85, the Maharashtra government has issued an order to give priority to local people in the recruitment of about 85 percent. However, as per the government policy/decision and rules, locals should be given priority in jobs, the former city president of NCP Sanjog Waghere-Patil has given a statement to the newly appointed Commissioner of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, Shekhar Singh.

In the said statement, it is said that despite giving clear instructions in the order of the government decision, the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has intentionally and deliberately ignored the government decision.
