Pune- D. is a well-known builder in Pune. S. Kulkarni has also been granted bail in the main case. D. S. Kulkarni’s lawyer Ashutosh Srivastava has informed that bail has been granted by the Supreme Court a short while ago.
Kulkarni was granted bail by the Pune court on Thursday (21st) in a case filed under the Maharashtra Ownership of Flats Act (MOFA) five days ago. With bail granted in the main cases in the same case, Kulkarni’s way out is understood to be clear. There is a possibility of getting information about this in a short time.
Advocate Ashutosh Srivastava and advocate Ritesh Yevlekar represented Kulkarni in the court. A complaint was filed in this matter in Sinhagad police station on August 2016. According to the complaint, Kulkarni and his wife took advance money from the customers who bought the flats. Then DSK and his wife deliberately did not transfer the ownership of the houses to these customers. Kulkarni couple was arrested on March 5, 2019 in this case.
Pune Court Justice S. K. Dugavkar has granted bail to Kulkarni under MOFA Act. “Kulkarni and his wife have served half their sentences for the crimes in this case. “He was suddenly arrested after the crimes filed against him,” Kulkarni’s lawyers said. The application relating to the FIR in the main case was filed before the Supreme Court. His hearing was held today (July 26, 2022). Srivastava has clarified that the court has granted bail.
