After Shiv Sena in Navi Mumbai, now Eknath Shinde will give a blow to NCP?

2

Navi Mumbai:Eknath Shinde has split more than half of the Shiv Sena party and claimed the Shiv Sena itself. With the strong support of Shiv Sena’s 40 MLAs and 12 MPs and the support of Devendra Fadnavis, the BJP-Shinde group is currently riding high. Since Shinde holds the post of Chief Minister, the number of people coming to his group is also increasing day by day. 6 ex-Corporators of NCP from Navi Mumbai (Ex-Corporators due to expiry of current tenure) are likely to join the Shinde group soon, giving a shock to Ajit Dada. Such a discussion is taking place in the political circles of Navi Mumbai. When the municipal elections are just a few months away, former corporators leaving Ajitdad’s support will surely be a big blow for the NCP.

Ganesh Naik was once a big name in the Nationalist Party. Everyone still agrees that even a page did not move in Navi Mumbai without his name. It was an unwritten rule that Ganesh Naik should decide and the corporators of Navi Mumbai NCP should listen. But on the eve of the 2019 assembly elections, Ganesh Naik decided to leave the NCP after seeing the direction of the wind and joined the BJP, determined to support Devendra Fadnavis. It was a big blow for NCP. Later on, the pro-Ganesha Naik corporators left the NCP one by one. The move of Ganesh Naik and his supporters to BJP was definitely a big blow for Ajit Pawar. After that Ajit Pawar took up the work of party building, started focusing on Navi Mumbai. While it seems that the party will get a new wave in Navi Mumbai, now again the talk of NCP corporator Shinde joining the group has gained momentum.

As many as half a dozen former corporators of NCP Congress are preparing to remove the watch of NCP from their wrists. It is said that all these former corporators will join the group of Eknath Shinde and other office bearers of NCP will also join NCP in the near future.

Ganesh Naik was dominant in Shiv Sena and later NCP. Regardless of the party, Ganesh Naik always maintained his dominance. When Naik decided to leave the Shiv Sena, it was a blow to the Shiv Sena, and it was also a farewell to the NCP. While leaving the party, Naik does not leave the party alone, but along with him, some public representatives, officials and workers also support Naik. Due to this, the party suffered a huge loss. After Ganesh Naik joined the BJP three years ago, the NCP’s strength in Navi Mumbai has reduced significantly. Now while the NCP is recovering from that shock, half a dozen former corporators have increased the tension of Ajit Dada.
