Pune: The possibility of a political earthquake in the state is being expressed after the Legislative Council elections. Eknath Shinde, the chief minister in the cabinet and the second-ranked leader in the Shiv Sena, has become ‘not reachable’ after voting for the council yesterday (Monday).
