Pimpri: A propylene gas tanker overturned on the Mumbai-Pune expressway. Three people have been killed in the accident. The tanker was going from Pune to Mumbai. Meanwhile, the tanker overturned on the highway and traffic on both sides was stopped.
The driver lost control of the vehicle on the slope near Khopoli exit and the tanker overturned on Pune Lane. This time the tanker hit the vehicles and caused a terrible accident in which three people died.
Borghat Police, IRB Patrolling, Devdoot, Lokmanya Hospital, Delta Force, Maharashtra Security Force have come forward to help the victims. Relief work is underway under the guidance of Police Inspector Shirish Pawar of Khopoli Police Station. Fortunately the gas in the tanker did not leak. Attempts are currently being made to erect the tanker.
