Now allow Garba-Dandiya to be played till 12 noon during Navratri festival, MLA Prakash Surve demands to Chief Minister

Ganeshotsav was recently celebrated in the state with much fanfare. Two years after Corona, there was an atmosphere of happiness in the state. As this festival was celebrated without any restrictions, there was jubilation everywhere. Meanwhile, MLA Prakash Surve has made an important demand to Chief Minister Eknath Shinde to ensure that the same enthusiasm continues during Navratri festival. It has been demanded that garba-dandiya should be allowed till 12 pm during Navratri festival.
Due to Corona, no festivals were celebrated in the state for two years. The celebrations were held in a simple manner due to the Corona prevention rules. However, due to the decrease in the incidence of Corona this year, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde reduced the restrictions on all festivals from Gokulashtami onwards. Similarly, Ganeshotsav was also celebrated without restrictions. From Ganesh Chaturthi to Anant Chaturthi, the citizens worshiped the Lord with enthusiasm and immersed themselves in joy. Now Ghatasthana is on 26th September. MLA Prakash Surve has demanded permission till 12 noon so that people can play garba-dandiya in celebration during Navratri festival.
From Monday 26th September to Tuesday 4th October this year Garba-Dandiya has been organized for nine days in the state and in my North Mumbai at various places during the Navratri festival. Citizens of all castes and religions follow the law and celebrate Navratri with enthusiasm. In a letter to Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, MLA Prakash Surve has written to the Chief Minister Eknath Shinde asking that the same permission should be given in our Maharashtra, as in Gujarat, Rajasthan and other states, Garba-Dandiya is allowed till 12 midnight for nine days.
