Is it difficult for Rana couple to get out? Hearing on bail application tomorrow

Mumbai |

Amravati MP Navneet Rana and her husband MLA Ravi Rana, who were arrested after being warned to recite Hanuman Chalisa at Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s private residence ‘Matoshri’, will not have a bail plea hearing today. Judge Rahul Rokade has decided to hold the hearing tomorrow (Saturday) as it is not possible to hold the hearing today due to other cases. After the Rana couple applied for bail, the court had on April 29 asked the state government to file a reply. Against this backdrop, the police have formed a strong front against the Rana couple and it is learned that the police will strongly oppose their bail in the court.

Rana said that if the couple gets out of jail, they may try to create tension again, adding that efforts will be made to prevent them from getting bail from the police. Following the court’s order, the government will file a reply on the Rana marriage case today. However, due to the busy schedule of the court, the bail application will not be heard today. Therefore, the Rana couple will have to wait for some more time to get relief. Meanwhile, the Rana couple had applied to the Magistrate’s Court for bail. He had also applied for bail in the sessions court while the application was pending and pending hearing. It will be important to see whether the Rana couple is relieved or the application is rejected during the court hearing tomorrow.
