No tender for open gym material

Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has implemented the concept of Open Gym in 34 places like parks, grounds, footpaths in the city. In eight of them, materials for the gym will be installed without publishing the tender. 66 lakh rupees will be spent for it. This decision has been taken in an administrative regime.
There are 86 gymnasium schools in the municipal city. A, B and C categories of exercise schools are formulated according to the policy. Apart from this, the Municipal Corporation has also implemented the concept of Open Gym in places like parks, grounds, footpaths in the city. Citizens who go for morning walks take advantage of this open gym. The sports department of the Municipal Corporation will supply and install materials for various open gyms as per requirement. These open gyms have been set up at a total of 34 places in the city. Materials are required for this gym.
The cost of one set is eight and a half lakhs.
According to the demand of the sports department, 13 types of open gym materials of 34 units each will be supplied and installed at 34 places within the provision limit of 70 lakhs. At present four suppliers have submitted minimum rates for supplying these materials for eight locations. In it, Adynidus of Pune submitted a rate of Rs. 2 lakh 37 thousand per piece for three items. Baba Play World in Thane submitted a rate of Rs 1 lakh 58 thousand per piece for three items. Honey Fun n Thrill Company from Thane submitted a price of Rs.1 lakh 76 thousand for three items and Trimurti Engineering from Pune for four items at a total price of Rs.2 lakh 55 thousand per unit. Accordingly, one set will cost 8 lakh 27 thousand rupees and 66 lakh 21 thousand rupees will be spent to install this open gym equipment at eight places.
