Commissioner’s ‘Green Lantern’ to former Sainik Bhavan in Dighi

Two floors of a multi-purpose building developed at Dighi on behalf of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Administration were allotted for the former Sainik Bhavan. His paperwork will be completed. Municipal Commissioner and Administrator Rajesh Patil has promised to take positive action in this regard.

BJP city president and MLA Mahesh Landage called on Commissioner Rajesh Patil at NMC building. Former president Chetan Ghule, former president of Sainik Vikas Sangh Narendrasinh Chouhan, Aamsiddh Bhise, Umeshsingh Panwar, Vasudev Patil, Vaman Wadekar, Tanaji Gujar and other ex-servicemen were present on this occasion.

Former Chairman Chetan Ghule said that the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation Multipurpose Building was approved by MLA Mahesh Landage when he was the Chairman of the Standing Committee. After the completion of the building, it was decided to give two floors of it to the ex-servicemen’s team. The then corporators followed up with the documents regarding naming the two floors in the name of the ex-servicemen’s development team. However, there was a delay from the administration.

Meanwhile, a meeting was held with Municipal Commissioner Rajesh Patil in the presence of MLA Landage. The commissioner has promised to take action to provide two floors for the ex-servicemen development team. So soon this question will be solved.
