Facial exercises not only reduce the fat on the face, but they also bring a natural glow, something that many people spend on expensive chemical creams and facials to achieve. But with these exercises, you can easily get glowing skin.

One of the exercises is to create a pout, as you do when taking selfies, and then pull the cheeks inward and hold for 30 seconds. After relaxing your face for a bit, repeat this four to five times. You will notice a difference in just a few days.

If you are troubled by double chin, these exercises help reduce fat quickly. To do this, look up at the ceiling, open your mouth, and hold the position for 10-15 seconds. After a brief rest, repeat the exercise. This is an effective yoga for reducing face fat.

Facial yoga is simple and should be done every day. For the next exercise, you need to do a similar action as gargling with water but by filling your mouth with air. First, move the air towards the left side, then to the right, and finally to the center. Do this for around four to five seconds each. This helps reduce facial fat.

For another exercise, sit in Vajrasana, stick your tongue out as far as possible, but don’t put pressure on the muscles. Take a long breath in and out while doing this. This action produces a sound, and it should be repeated six to seven times.
