According to information received, a post has been received threatening to behead the Chief Minister of UP. A fake page has been created on Facebook in the name of Moradabad Police and such posts have been made on it. While investigating the matter, the police found that the post was made by an account named Atmaprakash Pandit. When the police interrogated him at that time, it is understood that Atmaprakash Pandit said that someone had hacked the account. Moreover, the page from which the chief minister has been threatened has the flag of Pakistan. It also has a photo of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan.
Regarding this post, a Twitter user brought this matter to the attention of the police. After that the Cyber Cell of UP Police became active and started the investigation. Meanwhile, Yogi Adityanath had threatened earlier too. This is the 11th time in the last two years. So far 6 accused have been arrested in the threat case. The first threat in this sequence was issued on April 24, 2020.
