The car suddenly caught fire, the door was locked; Pune engineer dies on the spot

Bhopal: At Betul in Madhya Pradesh, a car caught fire on the highway and the driver lost control and crashed into a tree. A young engineer from Pune has died in this accident. The deceased has been identified as Sunil Siddappa, 39. The accident happened on the Parasia state highway on Thursday night.

According to the information received, Sunil Siddappa had gone to his father-in-law Betul from Pune to attend a wedding. Sunil went out of the house to enjoy walking around the area with the wedding party. His car caught fire on the Parasia Highway. Due to the sudden fire, Sunil lost control of his car and the car hit a tree on the side of the road. Sunil Siddappa died on the spot in the accident.

  • Attempts by locals failed

Locals rushed to the spot after learning that the car was on fire. However, the citizens failed to extinguish the fire. Also, Sunil could not get out as the doors of the car were locked and he escaped and lost his life. After some time, fire department vehicles reached the spot and the fire was brought under control. But by then it was too late. Meanwhile, the loss of the owner of the house has come as a big shock to the Siddappa family and there is an uproar in the area.
