Not Reachable Shiv Sena Leader Eknath Shinde in Gujarat? Sena’s disgruntled MLAs likely to be with him!

Mumbai: In the Assembly elections, when there was no single vote for the fifth seat, the BJP won by matching the votes of independent MLAs and other parties. This victory of the BJP has created a stir in the ruling Mahavikas Alliance. Also, as the BJP got 134 first choice votes in this election, there is a danger that Uddhav Thackeray’s Chief Ministership will be shaken in the near future. As many as 13 MLAs of the party, including Shiv Sena leader and state Urban Development Minister Eknath Shinde, have become unreachable.

Shiv Sena’s disgruntled MLAs have been missing since Monday evening after the Assembly polls. There have been repeated attempts by the party to contact them. However, it is being said that this MLA is still not in touch with any Shiv Sena leader in Mumbai. Therefore, the question has arisen as to where exactly Eknath Shinde went with these disgruntled MLAs. It is learned that Minister Shinde reached Gujarat directly with some disgruntled MLAs. It is understood that Eknath Shinde has left the state with his supportive MLAs after the chaos in the Assembly polls. He is currently rumored to be staying at a hotel in Gujarat. However, no official information has been received yet.

What exactly happened in the result of the Legislative Council?

Ram Shinde (BJP) won 3000, Shrikant Bharatiya (BJP) won 3000, Eknath Khadse (NCP) won 2900, Praveen Darekar (BJP) won 2900, Ramraje Naik Nimbalkar (NCP) won 2700, Uma Khapre. (BJP) with 2700 votes, Sachin Ahir (Shiv Sena) with 2600 votes, Aamshya Padvi (Shiv Sena) with 2600 votes and at the end of the fifth round, Prasad Lad (BJP) got 2857 votes and completed the quota for victory.

Meanwhile, at the end of the tenth and final round, Bhai Jagtap (Indian National Congress) got 2474 votes and Chandrakant Handore (Indian National Congress) got 2200 votes. Returning officer Rajendra Bhagwat declared Bhai Jagtap the winner on the basis of the highest number of votes.
