The death toll in the Kurla building accident in Mumbai has risen, with Aditya Thackeray re-entering the scene

Mumbai : A four-storey building collapsed at Kurla in Mumbai around midnight, causing a major accident. Therefore, the issue of dangerous buildings has come up again. The 4-storey building collapsed late at night in Naik Nagar, Kurla. Earlier, it was learned that both of them had died in the accident. However, now the death toll in this accident has gone up to 10. Ajay Bhole Paspore (28), Ajinkya Gaikwad (34), Kushar Prajapati (20), Sikander Rajbhar (21), Arvind Bharti (19), Anup Rajbhar (18), Anil Yadav (21), Sham Prajapati (18). There are names of the deceased. And the two dead have not been identified yet. So the condition of the four is stable. Nine people have been treated and released home.

Shiv Sena rebel MLA Mangesh Kudalkar of the constituency where the incident took place is currently in Guwahati along with other rebel MLAs. Upon learning of the incident, he and rebel leader Eknath Shinde announced financial assistance for the dead and injured. However, such a big incident took place in the constituency and MLA Mangesh Kudalkar had tears in his eyes as he could not go there, said rebel leader Deepak Kesarkar. A four-storey building at Naik Nagar Society near ST Bus Depot in Kurla East on Monday night. Collapsed during the 30’s. At that time there were 20 to 25 occupants in the building. The accident took place at Level-3. Upon receiving the information, the fire brigade and police reached the spot and started the rescue operation. After the building collapsed, 20-25 people were trapped under the pile. It is learned that 10 of them died. The rescue operation is still ongoing. Meanwhile, after the accident last night, Environment Minister Aditya Thackeray went to the spot and inspected everything. Also, this afternoon they have gone to inspect the situation again.
