Who took the oath in what manner? Lodh took the oath in Sanskrit; several others raised slogans of ‘Jai Shri Ram’

Nagpur: On Sunday, 33 ministers and 6 state ministers took the oath at Raj Bhavan. BJP’s Mangalprabhat Lodh took the oath in Sanskrit, while many ministers raised the slogan of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ after taking the oath. There was loud chanting and slogan-shouting from supporters when their leaders were taking the oath of office.

Shiv Sena’s Sanjay Rathod raised the slogan ‘Jai Jai Sewalal’ while taking the oath. Jaykumar Rawal, after bowing to the soil of Khandesh and paying respects to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, raised the slogan ‘Jai Shri Ram.’ Pankaja Munde’s supporters chanted ‘Aali re aali… Maharashtra chi Vaghin Aali’ (Here comes the tigress of Maharashtra) while she was taking the oath. NCP’s Aditi Tatkare said ‘Jai Shri Krishna.’ Shivendra Rajé Bhosale raised the slogan ‘Jai Shivray’ while paying respects to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Eknath Shinde’s party leader Bharat Sheth Gogawale paid homage to the revered Balasaheb Thackeray and Anand Dighe. Nitesh Rane took the oath while wearing a saffron kurta, and his supporters shouted the slogan ‘Jai Shri Ram.’ BJP’s Meghna Bordikar and Pankaj Bhoyar also raised the ‘Jai Shri Ram’ slogan. NCP ministers were also greeted with chants of ‘Ajit Dada, Pakka Wada’ from their supporters.
