A 24-year-old woman living in a village in Pachora taluka has been tortured for threatening to kill her child. He also allegedly assaulted a woman and threatened to kill her if she lodged a complaint with the police station. A case has been registered against eight persons at Pachora police station on Thursday and two others have been arrested. Anil Devidas Kale and Sandeep Jadhav are the names of the two arrested.

According to police, Nitin Eknath Jadhav, a 24-year-old woman, threatened to kill her child when she went to fetch goat fodder. The victim told her husband about the incident. When the victim’s husband Nitin Jadhav was asked about it, he also insulted him. Also on 19th April 2022 at around 6 pm Anil Kale, Sandeep Jadhav and a woman broke into the victim’s house and started abusing and beating her. He also threatened to kill her if she lodged a complaint with the police.
Not only that, Anil Kale pulled the sari saying to the victim, ‘Let her have sexual intercourse’. Sandeep Jadhav tore the victim’s blouse. Also, Nitin’s guest Bharat insulted her.

Also, three women who are relatives of Nitin should not file a complaint, so the victim was insulted. According to Anil Devidas Koli, Nitin Jadhav’s wife has filed a false complaint against the victim’s husband and relatives. A case has been registered against Nitin Jadhav, Sandeep Jadhav, Nitin’s guest Bharat, three of Nitin’s relatives and Anil Devidas Kale at Pachora police station and Anil Devidas Kale and Sandeep Jadhav have been arrested. Further investigation is being conducted by Sub-Inspector of Police Vijaya Vasave.
