Political News: ‘Chief Minister should respond to Mundhe’s resignation demand’

Baramati: Allegations have been made against Minister Dhananjay Mundhe in connection with the murder of a sarpanch in Beed. There are demands for his resignation. In this regard, MP Supriya Sule has stated that the Chief Minister should respond to the demand for Mundhe’s resignation. She was speaking to the media in Baramati.

When asked about the demand for Mundhe’s resignation from various political parties, she replied that MLAs from the Maha Yuti, like Suresh Dhas and Prakash Solanke, have raised the issue. If the Chief Minister has not made a decision on this, it is for him to answer.

On the ongoing deadlock regarding the appointment of a guardian minister, Supriya Sule said, “I have seen power from close quarters for many years, but I have never seen such intense tug-of-war over the post of guardian minister. I don’t understand what is so mysterious about the post of a guardian minister.”

She also made a demand for transparency in the upcoming elections in Delhi. She pointed out that several names had appeared on the voters’ list, and questioned where they had come from, saying even Arvind Kejriwal was unaware of it. She mentioned that Kejriwal himself had presented the list regarding this matter. Sule concluded by stating that the only demand from her side is for the elections to be transparent, and now it remains to be seen what stance the Election Commission will take.
