“The Role of Human Resource Officers is Crucial for the Company’s Growth: Vice Chancellor Dr. Manimala Puri”

Pimpri-Chinchwad: Skilled human resources are essential to face the contemporary challenges in industries, businesses, and the educational sector. To provide management professionals with available opportunities, and for the economic growth and achievement of planned goals for the company, the role of human resource officers as coordinators is crucial, said Dr. Manimala Puri, Vice Chancellor of Pimpri-Chinchwad University.

She was speaking during a conversation with human resource officers from various companies at the “HR Summit 2024,” organized jointly by HR Shapers and PCU (Pimpri-Chinchwad University) at Pimpri-Chinchwad University, located in Sathe, Wadgaon Maval, under the Pimpri-Chinchwad Education Trust.

The sessions focused on discussions on “Talent War Crisis” and “Talent Employability – Reskilling, Upskilling, and Cross-Skilling.” These sessions concentrated on bridging the gaps in employability and concluded with the need for experts who can provide employees with additional skills to thrive in a constantly evolving job market and enhance organizational agility.
