Rallying for a Hat-Trick: Mahesh Landge’s 40,000 Supporters Ignite Bhosari; Mahesh Landge filed nomination

Pune | In a powerful display of support, BJP and Mahayuti’s official candidate for Bhosari Assembly constituency, Mahesh Landge, filed his nomination with a massive rally of around 40,000 supporters on Tuesday.

The event marked a collective pledge among his followers to secure a “hat-trick” victory for Landge in the constituency.

The day commenced with blessings at the local deity Shri Bhairavnath Maharaj and other prominent Mandir. This was followed by a grand procession that started from Bapuji Bua Chowk and passed through Landge Limbaji Talim Mandal, Bhairavnath Mandir, and Maruti Mandir, culminating at Sant Tukaram Mangal Hall. Along the route, homage was paid to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj with a floral tribute at PMT Chowk.

Filing his official nomination as the Mahayuti (BJP-Shiv Sena-NCP-RPI coalition) candidate, Landge was joined by prominent figures including former mayors Nitin Kalje, Rahul Jadhav, and Mangala Kadam, as well as NCP city president Yogesh Behl, Shiv Sena leader Irfan Syed, and RPI city president Kunal Wawhalkar. The nomination was submitted at the election office in Purnanagar.

A Festive Display of Support

Accompanied by vibrant drumbeats, slogans of “Jai Shri Ram,” and a crowd of 40,000 supporters, the rally created a festive atmosphere. Rangolis adorned key points along the route, and supporters showered flower petals at major intersections. At PMT Chowk, MLA Mahesh Landge joined the drumbeat, boosting the enthusiasm of his followers. Leaders and activists from various parties in the Mahayuti alliance joined the rally, which concluded in a well-planned manner at Sant Tukaram Mangal Hall.

Overwhelming with spoorters love, Mahesh Landge said, “Driven by the goal of ‘10 Years of Development and Unwavering Trust,’ we are contesting this election focused on progress for Pimpri-Chinchwad. I am committed to tirelessly working for the welfare of the people here. Starting with blessings from local deities and elders, our journey began from my residence this morning. The support from Bhosari residents, friends, allies, and Mahayuti workers has created a wave of victory for us.”
