The central government has taken an important decision to strengthen the infrastructure in the health sector so that every person in the country has access to medicines at affordable prices and close to their homes. The National Pharma Pricing Authority ceiling price has been fixed, Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya informed at a function organized by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
No company can increase the price of medicines as per its policy. For this, the central government is continuously making efforts to ensure that medicines are available at affordable prices for all, said Mandavia. On this occasion the Union Minister of State for Health Dr. Bharti Pawar was present.
