Pune:A very different property festival was recently held in Pune. Special ‘Varad Property’ Solutions Pvt. The property festival was organized by the organization.
Prominent builders from Pune participated in this festival. The festival offers a wide range of options to consumers and investors looking to buy a home and commercial property. The unique feature of this unique festival is that for the first time all the builders were given free space in the exhibition without any charge. Festivals with such a concept i.e. “Sales Driven Expo” take place outside India. The purpose behind this is that the builders pay the commission on the sale to the exhibition organizers. But if the sale does not take place, all the risk lies with the festival organizers.
The planning of the festival by Varad Property was very good. Very attractive offers from both Varad Property and Builders were also given to the customers at the festival. Overall, the response to this festival was overwhelming. The Varad Trophy was awarded to three builders in the year 2022 on the basis of excellent presentation, concept and overall performance of the festival by the Varad organization. The trophy distribution ceremony was recently held at Hotel JW Marriott.
After the concert of melodious songs, Mahesh Kunte and Nikhil Kunte of Varad Sanstha distributed prizes and certificates to encourage the developers. The Best Sales Performance Award went to the Guardian Group, the Second in Best Sales Award went to Godrej Properties and the Third Best Sales Award went to Justo Group. Mahesh Kunte expressed his intention to organize a grand festival in the future along with the ongoing sale of land, sale and marketing of flats by Varad. Director Mahesh Kunte also announced that he will soon build his own housing project in the near future.
