Demand to Municipal Commissioner Rajesh Patil
Pimpri: Water problem in Chikhali Gharkool area should be solved. Also, social activist Nilesh Newale has demanded that water should be supplied with extra and adequate pressure.
A statement has been issued to Municipal Commissioner Rajesh Patil in this regard. It said that water problem has arisen in Chikhali Gharkul area for the last two days. Local people are getting low pressure and insufficient water supply. The citizens of some of the facilities have complained that if they supply water for a long time, they will be able to store enough.
With the onset of summer, the demand for water in the area has increased. However, for the last two-three days, water scarcity-like conditions have prevailed in some areas. Most societies are experiencing low pressure and inadequate water supply. As a result, citizens have to supply water by tanker.
A review meeting of municipal water supply officers and employees should be held in this regard. Also, we demand to improve the water supply in the area. The Chikhali and Gharkul areas have a population of about 25,000. Nilesh Newale has also demanded that the administration should immediately address the water issue which is very important.
