Missing Sandeep Deshpande is still not relieved; The hanging sword of arrest remains

Mumbai: MNS leaders Sandeep Deshpande and Santosh Dhuri, who went missing after the police filed a case, did not get any relief in the court even today. The pre-arrest bail application of the two was heard today. However, the result will be given on May 19. Therefore, the sword of arrest on Deshpande and Dhuri has remained.

Police arrested MNS workers across the state on May 4 after MNS president Raj Thackeray ordered party workers to perform Hanuman Chalisa in front of the mosque. On the same day, Sandeep Deshpande and Santosh Dhuri fled in front of the police in their private vehicle while being taken into police custody at Shivaji Park. A female police officer was injured when she fell on the road. After that, the police had registered a case against these two MNS leaders. He also formed squads for their arrest. However, the two have not yet been handed over to the police.

Meanwhile, Sandeep Deshpande and Santosh Dhuri had rushed to the court to avoid arrest. However, the hearing on his bail application was adjourned till May 10. The hearing was finally held today. However, the court will give its verdict on May 19 in this case. It will be important to see that Sandeep Deshpande and Santosh Dhuri are relieved that their pre-arrest bail application is rejected.
