In recent times, there has been a lot of discussion on issues other than development issues – Ajit Pawar

Mumbai |

Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, while replying to a question posed by the media at the state office today, lamented that in recent times, there has been a lot of discussion on issues other than development. BJP has raised the issue of installing loudspeakers on mosques and when asked by media representatives, Ajit Pawar expressed his views.

Their question is who should take which point. Whatever the government, the government has to implement whatever the Supreme Court or the High Court says and if the issue is not resolved, it has to appeal. Ajit Pawar also said that he did not read the decision of the court but would take a decision that would not be a contempt of court.

All political parties should strive for ethnic harmony. Party leaders should play the same role. August 15 marks the 75th anniversary of the country’s independence. Today, as the 75th anniversary is coming to an end, there should be introspection and self-reflection on what the world is thinking and what subjects we are engaging the people in and what we are giving importance to.
