If I had been nominated for Rajya Sabha, this would not have happened in Shiv Sena: Chhatrapati Sambhaji Raje

Mumbai: Eknath Shinde’s revolt has started a period of struggle for Shiv Sena. Shiv Sena chief and Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray himself is helpless in the face of Shindeshahi’s show of strength. Similarly, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Raje has rubbed salt on the shoulders of Shiv Sena and Uddhav Thackeray. If I had been nominated for Rajya Sabha, Shiv Sena would not have been in such a situation. Sambhaji Raje has slammed Uddhav Thackeray saying that such a case would not have happened.

Rebel leader Eknath Shinde has cracked the Shiv Sena by splitting MLAs from Mumbai, Marathwada, Khandesh, Vidarbha, Konkan and Western Maharashtra. Milind Narvekar, known as Matoshri’s troubleshooter, and Eknath Bhai’s confidant Ravindra Phatak were also not satisfied after the discussion. He informed Uddhav Thackeray through a Norwegian message that the Shiv Sena leadership should consider the offer we have made or else the return ropes should be cut. Seeing that Eknath Shinde is not ready to listen to anything, Uddhav Thackeray has also started taking steps towards dismissal of the Assembly.
During the Rajya Sabha elections, Chhatrapati Sambhajiji Raje worked hard for the support of Shiv Sena. But Chhatrapati Sambhaji Raje withdrew from the Rajya Sabha arena on the condition that he should join Shiv Sena and build Shivbandhan, not as an independent. Shiv Sena nominated Sanjay Pawar, a loyal Shiv Sainik from Kolhapur. He was dramatically defeated in the Rajya Sabha. But in just 10 days after the Rajya Sabha result, Shiv Sena got upset with Shinde’s rebellion.

Today, the media would have asked Chhatrapati Sambhaji Raje to respond to Eknath Shinde’s revolt, “If I had been nominated for the Rajya Sabha, the Shiv Sena would not have been in such a situation. Such a thing would not have happened ”, said Sambhaji Raje to Uddhav Thackeray.

From the bytes given to various news channels, Eknath Shinde is saying that he has the support of 40 MLAs. After Eknath Shinde scolded Shiv Sena, the stability of Thackeray government was questioned. Uddhav Thackeray is also helpless in the face of Shindeshahi’s show of strength. At the same time, while discussions are going on about the collapse of the government, Environment Minister Aditya Thackeray has removed the mention of the ministerial post from his Twitter. Discussions have intensified that Uddhav Thackeray will resign as Chief Minister after Aditya Thackeray deleted his bio from Twitter.
