Contact us before taking action; Somaiya’s letter after being accused of toilet scam

Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut has once again accused Kirit Somaiya of corruption. Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut has alleged that a ‘toilet scam’ of around Rs 100 crore has been carried out in Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation and other places through a youth foundation run by Kirit Somaiya’s family. Kirit Somaiya has denied these allegations of Sanjay Raut. However, before taking any action, please contact us first.

After Sanjay Raut’s allegations, Kirit Somaiya denied the allegations and said that there was no fact in the allegations. After that, Somaiya has now taken the next step by writing a letter to Bhushan Gagrani, Principal Secretary, Urban Development. “Contact us before taking any action,” Somaiya said in the letter.
Allegations of toilet scam are politically motivated. We take it seriously. “Before taking any action in this regard, we should reconsider the above, contact us if necessary, we are also ready to provide relevant information,” Somaiya said in the letter. “We believe that the authorities will not take any action against the Somaiya family under political or other pressure,” Somaiya said in the letter.

Somaiya’s wife Medha Somaiya manages the youth establishment. Raut claimed that the Somaiya family also knew where the evidence and report of the scam was. Sanjay Raut had alleged that in the Rs 100 crore toilet scam, money was swindled by making false bills from the youth establishment.
